Jet lag has its grip on me. Big time. My week of sleeping thus far:
Sunday – slept until 7:05am; went to church then breakfast; back to sleep for about 4 hours; then up to about 10 pm; up for 2 hours during night
Monday - I ignored my alarm and slept for 45 extra minutes; up by 6:15 am; went to work; struggled with staying awake; took a 2 hour nap when I got home; in bed by 10 pm; up for 90 minutes during night
Tuesday - ignored alarm again and slept for 30 more minutes; up at 6:00 am; feeling better, not as tired; not sleepy during day; no nap that afternoon; in bed by 9:45 pm; up for 30 minutes during night
Wednesday – up at 4:35 am; head to gym; good workout; at work by 7:00 am; by 9:30 am, extremely sleepy; struggle through day; home for a 45 minute nap; slept so hard that when I awaken at 5:45 pm I’m not sure if it’s AM or PM, I’m so confused! In bed by 10:00 pm, sleep the night through
Thursday - ignore alarm and sleep extra 60 minutes!
I wonder what Friday will bring…
